Tea Brewing Instructions: Use 1 TBS per 8oz of water. Put in Chai blend in cold water and heat slowly until water comes to a boil. Add sweetener if desired (I prefer 1 squeeze of honey per 8 oz). Add cold milk equal to your water, and then heat slowly to just below a simmer for 5 – 30 minutes. Longer time will result in stronger, spicier tea. Turn off heat source and steep for an additional 15 minutes. Strain in a fine mesh strainer and enjoy.
